Adrian's Pizza at 605 Thompson Run Road in the Ross Township area of Pittsburgh, PA is looking to grow our team! We are a small, locally-owned business with some of the very best pizza in the area, and looking for a Pizza / Hoagie Chef to join us in producing some absolutely delicious food that our customers have come to love. We are currently hiring for our Front Counter team and our Cook / Food Prep teams.

Front Counter Team Qualifications

• Someone who is just an awesome, awesome person, cheerful and with a great attitude 

• Must be friendly, outgoing, and courteous to customers and team members with an extreme focus on customer service

• Able to work a consistent schedule, 12-16 hours per week, including early evening and weekend shifts, and be able to work in a team environment

• Must be 15 or older, with reliable transportation to and from our store and a good work ethic and motivation

Responsibilities for this position include taking phone orders, processing on-line orders, assisting customers with their orders, and general help in the kitchen and dining room.  Training will be provided for all tasks, and no prior experience is necessary.

Chef / Cook Team Qualifications

• Experience either in crafting hand-tossed pizzas, or making hoagies, appetizers and salads, and working in a food service kitchen.

• A focus on quality in what they do

• A strong desire to "serve" the customer, by preparing gourmet pizzas, hoagies, appetizers, and salads that look good, and taste amazing, and to provide a good experience for our customers, whether they're dining in the shop, picking up their order, or we are delivering it; and to "serve" the team at Adrian's by coming to work with a great attitude, being a team player, working hard, and enjoying our food.

• Reliable transportation to and from the shop

• Responsibilities will include food and ingredient prep, to get set up for the current or next day, cooking on the pizza line or hoagie/salad/appetizer line, and assisting customers and the team where necessary

Food Preparation Team Qualifications

• Food preparation experience, or a desire and the motivation to learn these skills on-the-job

• Must be 15 or older, with reliable transportation to and from our store

• Able to work 12-40 hours per week with some early evening and weekend shifts (part-time and full-time positions available)

• Punctual, diligent, dependable, with attention to detail

• Must be friendly, outgoing, professional and courteous to team members and customers 

• Able to work in a team environment

Delivery Team (Driver) Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older, with valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Able to work 8-32 hours per week with some early evening and weekend shifts

• Punctual, diligent, dependable, with attention to detail

• Friendly, outgoing, professional and courteous to customers with neat, professional appearance and grooming
