Adrian’s Pizza on Thompson Run Road is in growth mode!  We’ve expanded the menu; upgraded the ingredients in our delicious pizzas, strombolis, hoagies, soups, salads and more; implemented a new on-line ordering experience for customers; added catering options; and are extending our marketing reach.  We have also completed a major remodeling of our dining room, to provide a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for our customers.  As a result, we’re looking to grow the Adrian’s team.  We are looking for talented team members to join us in preparing the tasty dishes that our customers have come to enjoy, including the gourmet pizzas that we are so proud of, hoagies, salads, soups, and more.  We are looking for friendly, outgoing team members to work with customers at our front counter, to capture orders via phone, on-line and in-person, to process these orders and accept payment for them, as well as serve customers in our dining room.  Finally, we are looking to expand our delivery team, and are in need of drivers to transport the precious cargo we create from our ovens to our hungry, anxiously waiting customers, and to leave the customers with a positive impression of our entire team.  Compensation for our delivery team is much more lucrative and competitive than the third-party delivery services like the *Eats and *Dashes and *Hubs, and can include hourly wages +  tips + bonuses + mobile phone reimbursement, so check us out today!

Front Counter Team Qualifications

• Someone who is just an awesome, awesome person

• Is cheerful with a great attitude 

• Loves to eat Adrian’s food

• Wants to see people smile because of our delicious food

• Must be friendly, outgoing, and courteous to customers and team members with an extreme focus on customer service

• Able to work a consistent schedule with some early evening and weekend shifts, and work in a team environment

• Must be 15 or older, with reliable transportation to and from our store and a good work ethic and motivation

Cook / Food Preparation Team Qualifications:

• Food preparation experience, such as line cook, pizza making, sandwich preparation, or similar; or a desire and the motivation to learn these skills on-the-job

• Must be 15 or older, with reliable transportation to and from our store

• Able to work 12-40 hours per week with some early evening and weekend shifts (part-time and full-time positions available)

• Punctual, diligent, dependable, with attention to detail

• Must be friendly, outgoing, professional and courteous to team members and customers 

• Able to work in a team environment

Delivery Team (Driver) Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older, with valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Able to work 8-32 hours per week with some early evening and weekend shifts

• Punctual, diligent, dependable, with attention to detail

• Friendly, outgoing, professional and courteous to customers with neat, professional appearance and grooming
